Our Founders
Brent Gaddis II
Co-Founder & CEO
Brent is an engineer, builder, and community-driven innovator. With a B.S. in Electrical and Mechanical Engineering from the University of Central Oklahoma, Brent brings over 8 years of aerospace electrical engineering experience and a deep interdisciplinary background spanning RF systems, control systems, mechanical design, testing, and simulation.
His passion for helping others unlock their ideas is matched only by his hands-on expertise — including 9 years of 3D printing and 6 years in renewable energy system design. Brent leads Redtail’s technical vision and strategy, combining high-precision engineering with real-world manufacturability to help turn napkin sketches into scalable products.
Sa'cha Sells
Co-Founder & COO
Sa'cha is a process thinker and product builder who thrives on making big ideas real. With a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from the University of Oklahoma and an Industry 4.0 graduate certificate from MIT, she blends technical rigor with operational excellence.
She brings 4 years of experience in high-volume process engineering for plastics and vinyl extrusion, along with a strong background in automating chemical mixing systems and developing medical-grade products. Sa'cha leads Redtail’s operations, process development, and product optimization efforts — ensuring each build is as practical as it is innovative.
