Our Leadership
BRENT GADDIS II
Brent is a systems-level aerospace engineer who actually builds things.
His background spans DOD program execution as a Senior Team Lead directing mechanical and electrical engineering teams across system architecture, LRU development, thermal and structural analysis, computational electromagnetics, RF and antenna design, trade studies, and electrical systems, alongside co-founding a vertical-axis wind turbine startup where he applied the same multi-physics simulation and RF engineering to commercial energy hardware.
He holds an SME Additive Manufacturing Certification and is an active AMUG, NSBE member, and co-founder of STEM Force Inc

At Redtail, he brings that defense-program discipline to a problem most engineers never have to solve: how to design and build physical products with aerospace-grade rigor and the personal accountability of a maker who signs the work.
He is also a former college football player, which means the Guard Series was built by someone who has worn bad pads and decided to fix it.
SA'CHA Gaddis
Sa'cha engineers the systems that turn ideas into repeatable production reality.
Her background spans production engineering, manufacturing engineering, process engineering, product development, and work instruction development in regulated aerospace, medical, food, and many other environments. Alongside medical device product development, she has also successfully guided companies through ISO-9001 audits, been an engineering process engineering lead, and led many initiatives, such as the implementation of computer vision systems for automated defect detection on live manufacturing lines and multiple product development projects in industries such as medical, building materials, etc.
She holds an MIT Industry 4.0 Professional Certificate, a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, and a BS in Chemical Engineering from the University of Oklahoma, and is an active AMUG and NSBE member and co-founder of STEM Force Inc.

At Redtail, she designs the production systems, quality frameworks, and digital manufacturing infrastructure that make the work defensible at every stage. The computer vision defect detection capability in Redtail's Modular Systems offering isn't a feature list; it's something she has built and run in production.
