2. Services Offered

Redtail Innovations LLC provides the following services:

• Engineering: 3D design, simulation, reverse engineering

• Product Development: Consulting, rapid prototyping, testing

• Additive Manufacturing: 3D printing using LCD resin or FDM thermoplastics

• CNC Routing: Contract manufacturing of routed parts

• CNC Laser Services: Laser engraving and cutting for contract manufacturing

3. Payment Terms

• Accepted Payment Methods: Payments are processed through Square.

• Business Orders: Net 30 terms apply, with late fees for overdue payments. Extended payment terms may be negotiated with an upfront deposit.

• Consumer Orders: Full payment is required upfront before work begins.

4. Intellectual Property & Confidentiality

• Ownership: Redtail Innovations LLC retains all rights to designs, manufacturing methods, and engineering processes unless explicitly transferred to the client through a written agreement.

• Confidentiality: Clients must notify Redtail Innovations LLC in writing if any information shared should be considered confidential.

• Non-Disclosure: Redtail Innovations LLC may require clients to sign an NDA before engaging in certain discussions or services.

5. Liability Limitations

• Redtail Innovations LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of its products or services.

• Clients assume responsibility for testing and validating parts for their intended applications.

• Redtail Innovations LLC is not responsible for damages arising from incorrect use, modifications, or improper installation of products.

6. Warranties

• Services: Redtail Innovations LLC guarantees that services will be performed professionally and in accordance with industry standards.

• Products: Any warranties on 3D-printed, CNC-machined, or other manufactured parts are determined on a case-by-case basis and must be agreed upon in writing.

• No warranties apply for custom or experimental prototypes unless explicitly stated.

7. Project Timelines & Revisions

• Timelines are determined by Redtail Innovations LLC and communicated to clients.

• Project revisions may be subject to additional fees unless otherwise agreed upon.

8. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations

• Clients may cancel or modify orders within 24 hours of placing them.

• Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery, but the client is responsible for shipping costs.

• Personalized items cannot be returned.

9. Shipping and Delivery

• Redtail Innovations LLC ships worldwide, with free shipping within the USA.

• Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday, excluding select holidays.

• Clients will receive an email confirmation once their order is shipped.

10. Termination Clause

• Either party may terminate a project or service agreement with written notice.

• Redtail Innovations LLC reserves the right to terminate services immediately if a client breaches the agreement, fails to make payments, or engages in unethical or unlawful conduct.

• Fees paid up to the termination date are non-refundable unless explicitly agreed upon.

11. No Arbitration Clause

• Any disputes shall be resolved in Oklahoma courts. Clients waive their right to arbitration and agree to resolve disputes through litigation in the appropriate jurisdiction.

12. Privacy Policy

• Redtail Innovations LLC takes data protection seriously. Client data is treated confidentially and handled per legal regulations.

• Payment information is processed securely through Square’s encrypted system.
