Custom Trophies
At Redtail Innovations, we take pride in our "Artisan Identity" and the engineering rigor behind every build. Because our Custom Trophies, Metal Business Cards, and Custom Keychains are manufactured to your specific branding and data specifications, we cannot offer returns or sub-sequential refunds for change-of-mind or customer-entry errors.
1. All Sales are Final Due to the personalized nature of additive manufacturing and laser-etched products, orders are non-refundable once production has commenced. Please double-check all text, titles, and artwork files for accuracy before submitting your order.
2. Damaged or Defective Items We stand behind our craftsmanship. If your order arrives defective (e.g., a production error not present in your submitted proof) or broken due to shipping, we will make it right.
3. How to Request a Replacement or Refund If there is a confirmed shipping or production issue:

Provide Evidence: You must include your Order Number and clear photos of the defect or the damaged packaging/product.

Resolution: Once the issue is confirmed by our engineering team, we will either:
Manufacture and ship a replacement at no additional cost to you.
Issue a full refund if a replacement is not feasible.
4. Exclusions This policy does not cover:

Typographical errors submitted by the customer.

Low-resolution logos provided by the customer that result in grainy etching (we recommend .SVG or .AI files).

Normal wear and tear on keychains or business cards after they have been put into use.
